I've tested 500-1,000 chatbots across 10+ industries, including luxury fashion, and I found a gap in all of them.

They are too basic. They can't help customers, especially in complex situations. They can't provide personalized recommendations at scale and they can't have a real back and forth conversation.

As a customer myself, I didn't like these chatbots, they didn't help me enough. That was one of the reasons I started this company to help the luxury sector get the most out of AI and save millions of dollars yearly.
